Nasce da uve Inzolia e Catarratto vinificate con
le tecniche più moderne tali da esaltare le
qualità organolettiche tipiche. Fresco, leggero,
brioso, armonico e gradevolmente aromatico, si
accompagna a piatti a base di pesce, formaggi
freschi e carni bianche.
Servire a temperatura di 8°-10° C.
Made from Inzolia and Catarratto grapes,
vinified using the most modern techniques to
enhance the typical oeganoleptic qualities.
Fresh, light, effervescent, harmonious and
pleasantly aromatic, goes well with
fish-based dishes, fresh cheeses and white
meat.
